I currently right now will have a maximum of 3 times a week of interrupting my sleep cycle for a Lucid Dreaming attempt. Im wondering should I have specific days throughout the week when I will interrupt my sleep cycle for a lucid dreaming attempt or should it be whenever I feel like attempting lucidity?

I would say do them whenever you feel it. For me for example if I do a lot of sport the day before, I won't interrupt my sleep for better recovery. But I think that planning the attempts isn't necessary I've had good success by doing them here and there. I've even had good success by interrupting my sleep each night when I didn't know it wasn't that good.
