CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
To reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
Missed appointments or cancellations after this time are not eligible for refund and will be charged at the full rate.
To protect our booking system from abuse and to cover our costs, a refund administration fee of £25 (per session) applies to all refunds and will be deducted from your original fee.
For example, if a refund is issued for a standard £75 tuition session booking, you will receive £50* (£75-£25=£50).
*Additionally, any PayPal processing fees incurred at the point of sale will also be deducted from the final refund amount.
Tuition Bundle Refunds
Refunds on unused or partially completed bundles will incur a £25 cancellation fee per remaining session, plus a deduction of the PayPal processing fees incurred at the point of sale.
Completed bundle sessions will be charged at the full price (£75) and deducted from the final refund.
Eligible Refund Period
Refunds will only be issued within one calendar month of the initial payment date after which only rescheduling or cancellation (at full rate) will apply.
Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance they must redeem the coaching session(s) within 3 months of the payment or their fee is forfeited.
For tuition bundles, sessions must be booked and used before the bundle expires (Bundle of Three = three months, Bundle of Five = five months). Unused/unbooked sessions in expired bundles are non-refundable, and cannot be used or reactivated once expired. It is the student's responsibility to book their sessions within the allotted bundle timeframes.
We will always endeavor to process any refunds as swiftly as possible, however, please be aware that due to PayPal policies, refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
In exceptional circumstances, Daniel may need to rearrange a coaching session. In those instances, he will aim to give the client 48 hours notice where practical.
