How to Book Your Tuition Sessions

Your tuition plan gives you a set of prepaid session credits. You will then use these credits to book individual tuition sessions during my teaching weeks (nothing is scheduled for you automatically).

Availability is limited and works on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you don’t book all your sessions shortly after purchasing your plan, your preferred dates may no longer be available. You can check current availability using the calendar below.

IMPORTANT: After purchasing a bundle, no sessions are booked automatically.
Bundles give you credits, which you must use to book individual session dates, they are not pre-scheduled sessions.

Once you've purchased your plan,

follow these steps to book and secure your sessions:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Book Now in the tuition menu.

3. Select your tuition session type.

4. Choose your date and time.

5. Complete the booking. One credit will be deducted from your plan automatically. (This books one single tuition session only.)

6. To use the rest of your bundle, repeat this process separately for each tuition session you want to book.

​If you need to reschedule later, you can do so from your account dashboard (48 hours’ notice required).

Scheduling Guidance

I strongly recommend scheduling tuition once every two weeks.

To avoid disappointment, please book all of your sessions as soon as possible after purchasing your plan – ideally selecting the same day and time every fortnight. This creates a consistent rhythm, which is the most effective pattern for learning.

To ensure a smooth experience, please note:
 

• Book all sessions immediately after purchasing your bundle. Delays may result in your preferred slots being taken.

• Bundles have fixed expiry dates. All sessions must be booked and used within this period.

• The reduced bundle price reflects the limited timeframe in which sessions must be used, allowing for predictable and structured scheduling.

• Unused or expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended or reactivated.

• It is the student’s responsibility to book and use all sessions before the expiry date.
   

Booking your sessions early and maintaining a consistent fortnightly schedule gives you the best chance of an effective learning experience and securing the times you prefer.
