How to book your sessions.
The above plans act as prepaid credit that allow you to book future tuition sessions.
Tuition slots are highly sought-after. In order to avoid disappointment, please be sure to check session dates/availability before purchasing a plan.
Once you have purchased your plan you'll need to book your preferred session times.
We strongly recommend a tuition timetable of one session every fortnight.
1. Make sure you're logged in to the site.
2. Choose "book now" from the tuition drop down menu at the top of the screen, or CLICK HERE.
3. Pick the relevant session.
4. Choose a time and date for your session.
5. Complete the checkout process and your session is now booked! (and deducted from your bundle allowance).
6. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so from your account dashboard (48 hours notice required).
7. Repeat the above steps when booking any remaining sessions as part of your bundle.
Please book your sessions within the bundle's expiry time-frame - we'd recommend booking all your sessions in advance, to guarantee your preferred time slots. The reduced cost of the bundles reflect the limited time-period in which they are valid, as this allows for predictable and planned operation of sessions. Unused sessions in expired bundles are non-refundable, and cannot be used or reactivated once expired. It is the student's responsibility to use their sessions within the allotted timeframes.
