I'd recommend a WiFi enabled diffuser that is smart home compatible. Then set timers throughout the night for short bursts that coincide with REM.
It was surely simply coincidence... But I had a lucid dream tonight the exact hour my diffuser worked. 😳
(Set the timer to 1 hour and practiced SSILD before falling asleep again)
I think I'll try it again...
