Status : I used to have lots of DILDs for a period of time about a decade ago, but I did not know back then that's what they were. I've only seriously started to try to LD again late November 2020, but I haven't achieved lucidity yet.
I feel that one of the biggest hurdles I'm struggling with is that I know what my dream signs are (I almost never have dreams WITHOUT at least one of them), but I never remember to RC in my dreams.
I do RC often during the day, and especially when I encounter one of my dream signs in real life. Other than that, I've started a new bedtime routine: when I go to bed, I turn on meditation music and think about my dream signs for a while, one by one, while doing RCs whenever my focus shifts to the next dream sign. Then I do my usual bedtime meditation, think about my mantras for a few minutes and go to sleep.
What else can I do to get it though my skull that a dream sign should always be followed by a reality check?
