LUCID DREAM

TEST

Sorry - That's INCORRECT

Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams "WILD" and Dream Initiated Lucid Dreams "DILD" are not techniques. Instead, it is best to consider them as the two "doorways" or "types" of lucid dream.

The "Dream" and "Wake" in these names designate where the lucid dream starts: in a WILD the lucid dream initiates (starts) from wakefulness and you fall consciously into the dream, in a DILD the lucid dream initiates (starts) during the dream and critical awareness is added to the dream.

There are many techniques that will induce either a WILD or DILD, but they are not techniques themselves.

MILD is a technique and the acronym stands for Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreaming. Notice in MILD that the "I" stands for "induction", meaning "to bring about".
