So last night was my first attempt at lucid dreaming. I tried it with SSILD, and I woke up, and then I was awake for around 5 minutes. Then I went back to bed and did the cycles. Then, after the cycles, I wanted to fall back asleep, and according to some tutorials I watched it's helpful to fall back asleep as soon as possible. It took me around 30 minutes, and then I just woke up again. Then I tried to do the cycles again and fall back asleep, but I just wasnt able to. And then I just stayed awake until the morning (didnt read or watch something on my phone, just tried to fall asleep for like 4 hours). I wanna try it again tonight, can someone recommend me techniques to fall asleep faster?
