I was wondering what people think is good information to record?
At the moment I record the following:
Time of sleep
What techniques I've used
If I've eaten eggs or used supplements
THE DREAMS
Any dream seeds and dream signs
Thanks for all input, I've got a large A4 journal now so I've got room to record as much information as I can think to add, should help!
