I have my current sleep scedule mapped out pretty good if I do say so my self(far from perfect though), so here is my most acurit map thus far
(semi consistant)
(awake)__ (no awakenings) __ _________
(REM) | __ ___ there might ____I | ____I | ___I
(NREM1) l__ | | | | be REM | | | | |
(NREM2) l_ | | __| l_______________I l___I l__I
(NREM3) l___I l___I
(time)9:00 10:00 11:00 12:00 1:00 2:00 3:00 4:00 5:00 6:00
each _ is 10 min (roughly)
now the reason this is a question is beacause I do not know if I should keep my 3:00am awakenings and should I have 11:00pm awakenings? thoughts?
the last two REMs are messed beacause the birds like to let me know it is 5 in the morning
(and yes im realy proud of that makeshift graph)
to answer both of you quastions ( sorry I was offline for awile) I used to try to do _ILDs evry night instead of the 2-3 a week ( it does not work very great) and I started to wake up in those times natraly and I somewhat maped it out that way and yes I do decid if it feels a bit nREMy or not and I go off the normal sleep cycle because I am basicly the age that the test was taken for but as we all know were all diferent.
Yeah, I'm still not sure how I map my own, do you just wait until you wake up using say, the sleep tracker or Oneirophone and see where you are at any time in the night in accordance to the 'standard sleep cycle' graph and see how you feel, ie. "a bit REMy or a bit NREMy"?
This is interesting! I missed this post! How have you mapped out? Like how do you guess which stage you awake from, I find this hard to do
I made a post on this also yesterday with a Telegramchat form others, I thought was relevant. Could post it here if you like and cancel mine? Otherwise we have too much different threats going on this subject
the NREM3 part of the graph should be over a bit but it dosne´t like to play nicely
