It may have been a placebo effect but I started opening my window 3 nights ago, my recall improved to 5-8 dreams per night and had my first lucid dream this morning. However it may also have led to me waking up from said lucid dream prematurely due to outside noise :(
I used to have it open all the time but can't at the moment because of baby, can't wait to open it up again. I've always used a fan to give some noise to help with sudden noises outside, stops you getting so startled...or a white noise generator, have one of those to help the little one sleep...and probably us now too.
That's a good idea, thanks! I tried plugs and headphones but they're distracting. Will try something external to make noise. We have a dehumidifier but using it with the window open is kind of a waste 🤣
All I know, is I can't sleep if it's too warm, this time of year it's a problem, I leave my window open at night but by morning it's really cold! Lol can't win!
Normally I'd be the same but we have to have a relatively high temperature for the baby, the room is quite 'airy' though as it has massive windows which is something, I hate it too warm and stuffy. I don't mind it being cold in the morning but I'll have to wait until she has a separate room for that!

Fans are great until the bearings go! :)
