Hey all, I've had some questions contained in my head for a while now and I thought this would be a good place to ask.
1)I was always told our sleep cycles pause when we wake up. If this is the case, why do we wake up before rem for wbtb rather than at the beginning of it? Or do our sleep cycles just continue during a wbtb?
2) how can you keep the habit of doing a rc every time something odd happens? I used to be really good at remembering this but throughout the week I've noticed myself doing them less and less.
3) is visualizing something weird happening and then doing a reality check effective? Like will that help build the habit?
4) can you visualize a different/new dream from the one you woke from when attempting mild?
