Hey all. I am having trouble making RCs fun. I really enjoy being mindful to my environment and aware to what's going on, but when it comes to the trying to imagine maybe this is a dream and doing RCs, I am not really enjoying it and need to force myself. Which is draining.
Also, I've been thinking it might weaken the effectiveness of RCs in the dream because in dreams you won't do usually things you don't want to do. Do you think so too???
And another question - what makes you enjoy RCs, or how do you make yourself enjoy them more???
